Received call on my cell phone today -

I get same calls as described by other callers - agree with Alexis, I regret putting my name online for college information. The caller is a pest - had to block the number.

they have called everyday for two weeks, no one is ever on the other end and then it hangs up. I called the number back and it is a call center. they asked me for the number that had called me. I asked to be taken off the call list and was told it could take up to 72 hours. so far today starting at 8am I have gotten 5 calls all from that same number. I am calling them back.

Caller askes for the person who has the phone in his or her name.

From this number some people are calling to my wife and talking a load of stupid things that I have a girlfriend or bushet

This is a collection agency. But when you call to satisfy a debt, the recording says all customer service is busy right now and then it hangs up on you

A non english speaking Indian person keeps calling me stating that he is with"ACS" and it is in regards to a pay day loan debt (which i have NEVER gotten) and that I need to call him back immdeiately to avoid being arrested for some kind of fraud. it was hard to understand him and I asked for his supervisior and verification of the "debt" and he could not provide either thing i asked for. Told him i reported him to the local police department, the FBI and the BBB and then he starts yelling and cussing talking about I would be arrested at my work, to which I responded good because I never got a payday loan from ANYONE and this is not a legimate debt collection agency. THis is the 3rd different number they call from and now they are calling my job!!! They got my info from the internet because I applied for a loan that I never got.

Says my son and myself have accounts at Chase bank and we don't. Someone named Mustafa called. I told them we can just go into the bank ourselves and get this cleared up. He started talking some more and I just hung up on him. Wants us to verify our birthdate and our Social Security number. No way...
